WHAT IS ZUMBA® SENTAO? 
Zumba® Sentao combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance moves, using a chair as your dance partner. It is a workout that focuses on defining your muscles, improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process. A unique way to challenge the muscles of the body without having to lift weights.

TIME SCHEDULE:
– 09:45 am: Welcome.
– 10:00 am: Instructor introduction.
– 10:15 am: Starts Zumba® Sentao (45 min).
– 11:00 am: Break (15 min).
– 11:15 am: Starts Zumba® Fitness (30 min).
– 11:45 pm – 12:00 pm: Group photo. Interact with others. Meet the Instructor, best wishes for a happy and peaceful Easter!

 NOTE:
1. We will provide for the chair (maximum space capacity 50 chairs, for the Zumba® Sentao, Zumba® Fitness 75 people)
2. Available safe area to leave your belongings 
3. Minimum age to participate: 8 years old.
4. Activity level: medium.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Wear comfortable sport clothes and shoes 
2. Bring your own towel and spare t-shirt, water, some fruit or energy bar.
3. Avoid bringing valuable objects. Only the essentials.
4. Punctuality and YOUR BEST SMILE are mandatory!

Ample parking, respect the spaces with the white lines and leave the spaces for the disabled free. Toilets available.
